As per IT Act 2000, India IT cell banned unusual porn websites under the court order. nonetheless, the methods of these websites even the porn sites are practicable In India's circumstances, the real problem is after the government banned 827 porn sites. frustrated Indians look for Makeshift. Now, the Uttarakhand High Court order this after a gang rape took in school in Dehradun where it revealed that the boys had watched pornography before committing the crime. While many attacked the banned others said it is impossible to ban porn. It also sparked an urgent reflection about whether porn fuses violence against women and children. when we say it is directly linked and it is only because upon that kind of inner sexual violence is happening meanwhile it is clear that sexualized representation of women does lead to cases of sexual violence but there is no direct evidence to say that it is only because a person has seen pornography that has gone on and committed rape. Studies reveal that extensive viewing of pornography has a calamitous impact on one’s life as it sterilizes the brain and the aftermath also includes increased rates of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, aggression, and violence of women. our battle should not be against on viewing porn it should be against its addiction. Addiction to any things can lead to a severe consequence.
People use
porn as a shortcut for attending pleasure and satisfaction. As a result,
whenever he or she feels low instead to work they use porn as an escape and all
those feel-good hormones to flow in, Many ways similar to any kind of addiction
that really cruises themselves. Now the fact is I don't support banning.
Banning something is the lowest form of the solution we can find. Forbidding something
even makes it more powerful. the government banned alcohol but its consumption
shifts more than double. Government move drew shells from citizens, but as it
appears, it didn't have as much of an impact as the government would have
wanted. A large number of affected users evaded the ban using VPN, with its
usage rising by a whopping four times. In India, viewing sexually explicit
material in private spaces is not illegal. Then why are porn websites being
blocked? Blaming porn sites for the rising incidents of a sexual crime against
women is not sharp. There is no confirmation that porn is the cause of violence
against women. In fact, the porn ban in Pakistan has no definite effects. Violence
against women and children is on the rise in Pakistan same as India. Banning
porn websites is practically impossible. It very easy creates a website and
upload videos. Even if the government could ban all porn content, new content
will be added. And considering the huge number of sites that contain porn, it
is functionally not possible to detect all the sites to ban them.
